  3. Week 3: Interview Questions and Answers

  4. Week 4: Competency Questions and the STAR Method

    Master Situation–Task–Action–Result answers with teamwork, difficult-passenger, conflict-resolution and safety examples, built live in class.

  5. Week 5: Assessment Day, Grooming and Communication

    Practise group discussions, team activities and role-plays, and lock in your grooming, body language and communication for the day itself.

  6. Week 6: Final Interview and Mock Practice
